ANONSPILL AFFILIATE AGREEMENT

Between: AnonSpill and The Affiliate

By applying to become an AnonSpill Affiliate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this Affiliate Agreement.

1. Overview

This Agreement establishes the terms governing participation in the AnonSpill Affiliate Program. The Program enables individuals and content creators (“Affiliates”) to earn commissions by ethically promoting AnonSpill’s ebooks and related digital products. Affiliates are expected to represent the brand professionally, responsibly, and in good faith.

2. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Provide accurate and verifiable personal and payment details.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your country.
  • Not engage in any fraudulent, misleading, or unethical marketing behavior.

The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion without explanation.

3. Commission and Payouts

  • Affiliates earn $5 USD (or equivalent in cryptocurrency) per confirmed sale made through their unique affiliate link.
  • Payments are made exclusively in cryptocurrency to enable faster, borderless transactions.
  • Payouts occur once a minimum balance of $100 has been reached.
  • Affiliates may track their performance (clicks, sales, and commissions) via their personal dashboard.
  • Refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent transactions will result in commission adjustments or forfeiture.
  • Affiliates are responsible for any crypto exchange fees or network transaction costs associated with receiving payments.
  • Affiliates must submit a payout request at least one week before the intended withdrawal date to allow processing and verification.

4. Affiliate Morale Bonus

Upon successful approval into the program, each affiliate receives a $5 USD gift credit (in crypto) added to their payment wallet as a goodwill morale bonus. This bonus is not redeemable for cash and may only be withdrawn once the minimum payout threshold has been met.

5. Free Ebook Access

Affiliates are granted free access to AnonSpill ebooks for three (3) months to enhance their understanding of the brand and improve their marketing strategy. After the three-month period, access may be revoked, renewed, or replaced with new resources at the Company’s discretion.

Affiliates must not sell, share, or distribute these ebooks or materials. Such content is intended solely for personal training and reference. Any attempt to reproduce, sell, or upload these materials to public platforms will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions.

6. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates agree to:

  • Represent the AnonSpill brand with integrity, honesty, and creativity.
  • Use only approved or brand-aligned promotional content.
  • Avoid spam, fake traffic, forced clicks, or misleading information.
  • Follow AnonSpill on official social media platforms to stay updated with new campaigns and brand guidelines.
  • Encourage other qualified individuals to join the affiliate program ethically (not by spamming or false representation).
  • Abide by all future updates, new regulations, and additional conditions introduced as the platform evolves.
  • Maintain confidentiality of any internal updates, marketing strategies, or proprietary information shared by AnonSpill.

Affiliates are independent contractors — not employees, partners, or representatives of AnonSpill.

7. Prohibited Actions

Affiliates shall not:

  • Engage in false advertising, impersonation, or unethical marketing practices.
  • Use hate speech, sexual, discriminatory, or defamatory content in promotions.
  • Manipulate or generate fraudulent sales or self-purchases.
  • Claim official partnership, sponsorship, or employment with AnonSpill.
  • Copy, modify, or distribute the Company’s intellectual property without written consent.

Violations will result in immediate termination, forfeiture of commissions, and potential legal action.

8. Termination

This Agreement may be terminated:

  • By AnonSpill, at any time and for any reason, with or without cause.
  • By the Affiliate, through written notice or dashboard request.

Upon termination:

  • Affiliate links will be deactivated.
  • Pending, legitimate commissions will be settled (excluding fraudulent activity).
  • Access to resources and materials will cease immediately.
  • The Affiliate shall discontinue all promotional activities related to AnonSpill.

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, graphics, ebooks, and promotional materials remain the exclusive property of AnonSpill. Affiliates are granted limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive rights to use approved materials solely for marketing within the Affiliate Program’s framework. Unauthorized use, duplication, or resale constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

AnonSpill provides the Affiliate Program “as is” and makes no express or implied guarantees of income, performance, or business success. AnonSpill shall not be held liable for losses, data corruption, delayed payments, or system downtime arising from participation. Affiliates participate at their own risk and are responsible for complying with their local tax obligations and crypto laws.

11. Modifications

AnonSpill reserves the right to modify, suspend, or update this Agreement, the commission structure, or program features at any time. Affiliates will be notified through their dashboards or via email. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of such modifications.

12. Confidentiality and Non-Disparagement

Affiliates agree not to:

  • Disclose private company communications, updates, or internal policies.
  • Make public or online statements intended to discredit or damage AnonSpill’s reputation.

Any breach of this clause may result in termination and legal remedies.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Acknowledgment

By joining the AnonSpill Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms contained herein. You also commit to promoting the AnonSpill brand ethically, responsibly, and in alignment with its mission of empowering people through knowledge.
